Notes I got this as an upgrade on 6/16/2009, received and activated on 6/17. I got a Storm on 9/2/2009 and stopped using this phone. There is a small scratch on the black rubber side near the headphone jack and I have a pic available for those who ask. Always carried in a holster, no scratches on the screen. I will throw in the 8GB Sandisk card that I got with my Storm as an added bonus. An extra battery, Brand New in VZW packaging can be included for $20. Check out my feedback on ebay, 08stratguy, 10+ years of seeling and buying, 100% positive feedback. You won't be disappointed, I was considering keeping this and canceling the insurance on my Storm, but if someone can put this to good use I'd rather see that.
