You should have gotten the box with the new one. Plus they should have asked for the old box so they could do a return. It took me 3 tries to get one without the trackball issue.

i don't think the box really matters..... to each his own....

The box should not matter but I understand wcr3d's concerns. Good price for someone locked into a contract that wants the phone.

condition? like any scratches etc? can u have it unlocked before shipping?

the phone is in like new condition, i hardley ever used it.. no scratches, dings, drops, dents,. anything.
