No thanks, cingular has one for 69.99 on thier website. No way in hell id pay that much!

They do have refurb 7290 and 7100 for $69.

Yeah see those now. Skipped right past them the first time.

Phonehand $400 isn't a bad price at all for the 8700. If I could afford it at the time I'd take it off your hands for that even if it is locked. I wasn't trying to imply that $299 was a better deal since yes you will need a new contract for that so people with contracts are obviously better off buying yours for $400.

I have someone who said they will send me the money. If they send it before you decide you want it then ofcourse its theirs.

I will have to take pictures of it. I actually have 2, 1 i kept the other im selling. Ill take pictures of both with my business card next to it so you know i have them and not a scam.
