I know i am offering low but the only reason to this is i am done with my existing contract and they are offering me a BB 7520 on a 3 year contract brand new $50 so i extend their price to you, would you sell me this for $50 shipped?

No thanks. You can buy from Nextel for 50 and be stuck with them for 3 years. Mine, a little more money, no contract.
