Phone has NO scratches at all--the OEM 8700v full case AND KEYPAD were just installed today. The installation was done by a friend who works for selectron, the service department at vzw. He has all the certs from the major phone companies so you know this was done right-- not by some pimply faced kid with a t6 and a bbforums diy. ;) The handheld functions perfectly. The 8700g was only a few months old and it was my personal phone. It has the zen theme installed as well as some other third party apps.

Please keep in mind that this phone is locked to t-mobile.
