Mine would also come with an extra housing, OEM plastic holster and OEM leather holster and the extended battery and door. The phone alone will cost you more than that new.

I have a new Cingular 7290 ...and I mean new...used for 2 weeks. I would normally say it is brand new, but it was in a users hands for 2 weeks. I'll include everything...holster, battery, 1 additional extra battery, usb data cable, car charger and ac adapter and ear piece for $75.00...shipping included. Can't ask for much more than that. Let me know.
