I'm looking to unload this bb quickly - so I will tell you more about the device - This is replacement bb that I got from tmo - there was nothing wrong with the original other than some wear and tear - there is not one scratch on the device itself except the back cover is a little scuffed which you can see from the pic clearly b/c of the flash but it's really not that bad (a replacement back cover can be bought from bb directly for 14.95 if it really bothers you) - I put a sim card in it just to test it.. other than than that it has not left my apt and it still has the plastic protector on the screen. I may be missing the manual, I will have to look for it - but that can be downloaded, I can email the pdf file if you need it. the only other thing is that the included leather case has a few tiny specks of white paint, it doesn't show up in the picture. it is also unlocked but I don't have another sim card to test it out in - so I will email you the unlock code that I got from tmo, but I'm pretty sure that it unlocked successfully.
