^clarification= equals my unlocked 8800 + $100 cash for your 8320. so you would get cash....have an 8320 to trade?

I am interested in this phone. Is the phone branded(AT&T,T-Mobile)? Also, I got burned before on a phone and could not do the warranty since I did not purchase it from Phone Company, is there any warranty with this?

it is branded with tmobile, but UNLOCKED for any GSM service. there is no warranty with this phone. if you are in the NJ area, we can meet up. there is NOTHING wrong with this phone. you can check my feedback on ebay if you like....jinwu57. let me know if you have any other questions.
