looks like locked used 8300's are selling around $200, and new, no contract 8310's are selling around $500.

so...trade my new 8310 for used 8300 + $300

Still can get close to $300 for an 8300.

i just bought a used 8300, all accesories, locked to att for 150$, i have seen some unlocked used ones selling for 270 on ebay. just used 200 as a midpoint for used, ATT locked 8300's.

ebay has new 8310's selling between 450 and 570, again , i used 500 as a midpoint.

let me know if anybody sees anything different than that

Sounds like you made out pretty well. I was thinking about upgrading to an 8310 and checked AT&T's site. Their no contract price was $450 with a $100 MIR rebate for a total of $350.
