Default Verizon Disconnection

My company is using Outlook Web Access 2003 through a ISA Server 2006 and when ever the server goes down even for a minute and my blackberry tries to connect to the server and it cannot reach the server it will present me with a box to enter my password. I was wondering if there way anyway to make it where it wont ask me for my password every time the server is unreachable.

I have a blackberry 8700c, from Verizon.

Ops wasn't paying attention when I wrote the model. I have a 8700c, but I'm wondering in regards to the Verizon 8830
