I believe that at one time, ATT had a "gently preowned" phone program, not sure if it still exists or not. Check their website, these should be pretty easy to spot.

do you mean resell phones ATT issues to them or resell phones customer turn over or leave behind when they get new phones?

either way it is a violation of the COBC (code of business conduct) and is reason for immediate termination

now I know they sell them on any number of forums as well as ebay and craigslist
