No mms menu on TIM's BOLD
 
Guys, after 2 months using my 1st ? bold I realize that there is no mms menu compose in this TIM's device. Any advise how get this? I'm in asia that used TIM's device and have upgrade os to 247, in the begining I tought this is due to new os upgrade so I set it back to original, 190, 237 but the result is same: no "compose new mms" menu in all message menu. :cry::cry:

Check if you have a service book called MMS or try to send the service books again

Yea, for some carriers MMS/SMS (and a bunch of other things) are controled by the Service Books.

On your BlackBerry Options -> Advanced Options -> Service Books.

Best thing to do is just re-send the service books, either from the BIS website or from the email setup icon.

Have checked service book, can't find mms setting. Have tried to resend service book from bis web (2 times to make sure it done properly), still can't find mms setting in it.
Is it because I use Telkomsel (Indonesia) carrier on TIM's (italy) device, so in mail menu only see: compose email, compose pin, compose sms text & instant message and can't find compose mms that should be there? Please help I really frustrated on this issue...

It's entirely possible that it is a problem with your provider.
