Default Unable to activate Blackberry Unlimited Web services (TMobile) - 08-19-2009, 05:04 AM

I logged in on the Tmobile website and went to change my services, but when I scrolled down to the blackberry unlimited web section, all 3 options had checkboxes that were checked but greyed out. The only other service I have is unlimited text messaging...
I still don't have the unlimited web, but would like to.
Is there any way to fix this?

Wirelessly posted (Tmo's cheapest BB customer)

Supposedly the Tmobile account page is sensitive to the phone selected -- make sure you have the correct phone showihn up on your account page. Otherwise a free call to 611 from your Tmobile cell phone is just as easy.

Do you have the option to select: BlackBerry Unlimited Add-on? That is what I have with my 8100, and it includes Unlimited Web access. I am very happy with it.

I find the newly redesigned TMo web site to be a nightmare. I can confirm that not having a BlackBerry selected as "my phone" will cause some options to be unavailable to you.

They finally got the BIS page back on their website. Still not very intuitive to find though.

It takes a little while to figure out, then you'll be fine.
