Default sim card unlocking - 08-21-2009, 01:44 AM

im not even sure where to put this thread, But. does anyone know if rogers sim cards are locked from copying them, if so how do i unlock them?

SIM cards themselves are not locked. Phones are SIM-locked to the carrier that issued them. These are un-lockable, either by calling your carrier and asking them for the unique code for your individual device (free), or through a service like Horizon Wireless (paid).

this is good news. as i am looking to clone my current sim card and have it ready in my iphone so i only have to turn the network connection off in either my 8900 or my iphone and then jump on the other phone with out the hassle of switching back and forth

Cloning is illegal. You can not do what you want to do unless you want to put yourself in deep trouble.
