i hav a Telus BB Storm 9530 which is unlocked...also i am new to BB phones..

i would like to know if there is any way if i can keep the GSM icon on the screen instead of EDGE?

my fone works alot better wit the GSM, with reguards to my carriers messages etc....

i live in the caribbean btw, for those who are wondering

I'm not sure you can force it into GSM only, but if you can the setting will be under Manage Connections > Mobile Network Options.

PowerMac DP G4, Mac OSX 10.5.8
