Hi I have called the Roger's Retention the last couple of days and this is not the number anymore. Does anyone know if they still have a direct line. I am being told by Rogers that they don't.

The 'generic' way is to call Customer Relations @ 888 ROGERS 2 and when the IVR asks what you want say "Cancel Service".
