Exclamation Telus (CDMA) VS Rogers (Hspa+)

so, i have a friend who just got a job with telus... and he was saying that CDMA will be faster than Rogers network. Rogers currently has HSPA (3.5G) and i believe is moving into HSPA+ (4G)..

so... Who will be faster? im trying to find information and just going in circles

Telus and Bell are both rolling out HSPA network so I don't think it makes a load of difference.
