Angry App Error 523 - Reset *WTF?!* - 10-13-2009, 10:20 PM

HUGE PROBLEM! I suddenly got this "App Error 523" on my 2yrs old Blackberry Curve 8300. I cannot rid of it. I've spoken to Rogers "Tech Support" which directed me some website to aid me in getting rid of this problem. Honestly, between the assignments I have going on and my mid-term exams to be studying for, I clearly do not have the time to be fiddling around with some site to figure out what it is that is wrong with my phone. While I love my phone to bits, I clearly do not have the time to be wasting it on finding some solution on the website. I would just like a broken down, step by step answer as to what it is that I do. That's it. PLEASE!!! and Thank You.

Princess, please follow the step by step instructions, perfectly written for one with little time.

Be patient, as it is complicated, but will work.

Is there a way that I can see a log so I can determine which app is causing this error?

on your main screen press the blackberry menu button twice so all icons are displayed. now press it again to reveal the menu, select Show Keyboard. Lock the numerical keys and press ,5,5 (comma 5 comma 5) your event log will be displayed

It's not quite that easy to understand, in fact I'm not even sure what I'm looking at in this log.
