Question Question with benefits

Please Login to Remove!

I just recently unlocked my 8900 which is on the T-Mobile network, and my account is a flex pay account with T-Mobile. With the flex pay account, u do not benefit, by connecting to a wireless network ( insted of T-Mobile network, and using a WIFI connection ) and make calls on that network and not use any of your minuts like i would if i hade their other service plans that are not flex pay. So my question is, will my unlocked 8900 give me that benefit NOW, or is that something that is totally controled by my flex pay account.

Wirelessly posted (8320 Titanium)

Unlocked only means that you can use the phone on any other GSM carriers network (att, etc). To get free wifi calling with tmo, you need the hotspot at home addon, which you probably can't get with a flex plan...
