Default Blackberrry on Fido - 10-28-2009, 04:58 PM

A few old threads indicate that the Blackberry Connect service is dead (on Fido) but they do offer a data option and indicate that Blackberry Messenger will work.

As I have an older (unlocked) Blackberry (and no existing data plan) I was looking...

Fido offered to sign me up on a month to month plan, while Rogers wanted me to sign a one year contract in order to get service....

just got my data plan activated on fido. im using a vodaphone bb 9000. no problem everything works except mms. my bb messenger, email and im like ym or msn all works. miz the skype client and fring .
