Angry Device ERROR 317 - Curve8900 " Help PLZ " - 10-31-2009, 12:22 PM

Hello Everyone!

I have a black berry curve 8900 with no waranty, it was working properly for some months and suddenly an error popped up when i opened my BB, " Error 317 - Reset " when ever i open my device, and when i try to connect it to the computer to format it, the device doesnt get recognized..

Tried to fix it and send it to some companies, but the thing is it has no waranty so its not exchange-able, Please i need your help..

Try connecting it to a pc via USB (NOT through a hub) and pull the battery for 30 seconds while it's connected. Then pop the battery back in and see if the computer recognizes it. Use JL_Commander to wipe to factory new condition and then reload the OS. Hopefully you have a recent backup because JL_Commander will wipe all your data from the device.
