letter to verizon about the blackberry tour hey... any comments/feedback on this letter to verizon about the blackberry tour problems that i have had for the last four months? has anyone else experienced this or heard about this 3 time replacement policy of theirs? |
Clean it up and send it. I lucked out with mine. I have only had one, and the few problems that I have had were caused by myself either with new program installs, or updating the OS. Like you, I too was excited with my first Blackberry. I originally had the Palm Pre, which turned out to be a brick. Class problems, and after all of the setup I had done, there was no way I was going to have to go through any of that ever again, so I upgraded to the 9630. Since then, I have also convinced two of my friends to upgrade their phones to Blackberries, and they too enjoy the phones. Good luck, and keep us posted! |

i work @ sprint... im also a tech for sprint. i dont recomend the palm pre@ all that phone sucks! i do have the 9630 for sprint the bb tour.. when they 1st came out they had a trackball problem but as of now.. sprint fixed that problem so now all bb tours r legit! verizon does suck i had a buddy who had that phone and i got him to switch to sprint and now hes happy! plus the plans r alot CHEAPER! |
