Outgoing MMS can't be opened???

I have the Curve through Verizon. I have no problem receiving messages and all outgoing messages are fine as well. My boyfriend has Sprint and he is unable to open my MMS. He can open pictures and such from everyone else and was able to open them from my old enVtouch as well. Any ideas on what the problem may be???

Sprint uses picturemail. They basically store pics online, not the phone. It is prob just a carrier setting/problem

That's not necessarily true. My 8330M would accept MMS without an issue as does my tour. So, depending on his phone, it may actually be a phone issue as opposed to a carrier setting. And someone can correct me if I am wrong but any newer sprint phone that is a multimedia type phone will accept MMS.

So to the OP, what kind of phone is he using and was is the software version?
