Default Blackberry daily needs Validation with Exchange

Please Login to Remove!


I have a user that needs BIS validation to Exchange almost every day. Other people have no issue and have the same phone. Each time I validate it validates successfully with whatever the current password is.

This sounds like a case where you need to delete the user's account and then re-create it from scratch, adding him back to the BES.
