BB Bold 9000 - impossibile setup email account (BES)
Hi guys, I have a problem with my BB Bold 9000 since three/four weeks.
When I try to set up my email account (BES) I receive this error message: "Activation request failed. A service connection is unavailable".
I have no problems when I send/receive MMS, browse internet (with native browser and opera, …), chat with skype, etc...
Below some other details about my BB
sw v 220.127.116.113 (Platform 18.104.22.168)
USIM card is correctly configured
Different USIMs in my device have the same problem
Could you help me? If you need some other information I'll give you them
You can't receive enterprise mail for a MONTH and your BES admin is not involved yet??!
Get in touch as soon as possible with the people that manage infrastructure for you.
