Default after wipe handeld i can't register into BIS, tmobile! URGENT

Please Login to Remove!

My problem is wierd:

I bought a 8520 curve, i oderd the BIS. I got the system message that is activated, edge was capital, but i can't add email address, the BIS option wasn't there in spite of the host routing table showed that is connected to the tmobile-s server. Called the helpdesk, they suggest me to do "wipe handeld" and reactive the phone!

I done it, and the message didnt come, i tried it via host routing table, nothing, i take the battery off few times, nothing happend. I went to the tmobile options than it said: the account deactivated or suspended! how can be suspended or stolen if i was able to register into their server about 30 mintues ago? The helpdesk said me is it telephone isssue, contact to the reseller. The reseller said it was brand new what can he do?

Best advice is to return the device and get your money back. You never really know what you are getting when you are buying from a 3rd party.

Read the FAQ article on buying a used BB from eBay. Has a lot of good info on buying used BBs from any source.

You could try resending service books, as that could be the issue since you wiped the device.

When you registered? For service or registered on the BIS with PIN and IMEI?

That is usually what a carrier will say if the phone was reported lost/damaged/replaced by insurance/etc when bought from someone other than the carrier.
