Default Changing network provider

I need help. I am currently using a 9700 on Tmobile. However, I would be moving to the Philippines. I had my phone unlocked (so I can use a local sim card) but I was wondering if I could still use bbm and other stuff, since it was originally registered to Tmobile? Is there any way I could reregister or something?

You will need to call t-mobile and ask that your BIS account be deleted.
This will release the PIN allowing you to register it for BIS on the carrier in the philippines, when you get a blackberry data plan from them.
