I got a problem with my bb when I came in switzerland. I can't access at the even log with the tip altR lglg and can't delete the even log. Is it because my provider?

Actually my blackberry are slow and I want to get faster. Some know another tips for access at the even log? Any proposition else for make it faster?

Deleting the event log doesnt make it faster.
Do a battery pull.
