I bought an unlocked vodafone bold2 on ebay but I can`t activate BIS.I did MEPD and d phone is unlocked but it can`t access the internet.pls help me!!!

First, you need to actually have the BIS plan activated on your account.
If you have this, when you try to register on the BIS site, does it give you an error?

Thanks for your reply, i have a BIS plan activated but i can`t even get on the internet it brings error message:
"This is a wifi service. please ensure youe device has an active wifi connection and try again."

Have you registered your device on the BIS site yet?
You need to do this from a computer.
