Orange Bold 9700 Problems
This may be in the wrong place I'm not sure. I took out a 24 month contract with Orange through Carphone Warehouse on Thursday (09/09/2010). Since getting the phone home I am pretty unhappy with it. It looses signal regularly and can stop some texts getting through/calls however this varies dependant on if I go out etc so isn't a handset problem. Also I have noticed the internet is very very slow and sometimes doesn't respond at all and I have not been able to play Youtube video clips on the phone once. I am aware that Orange do not offer a 14 Day Returns Policy but surely this is unacceptable. I just wondered if there is anyway round this as I'd like to return the phone, I am willing to pay for my services I've used but I am just unhappy with the phone in general. If not does anyone know if I can use the sim card in an iPhone or HTC Desire etc?
Im amazed Orange do not offer a returns policy, however you got it FROM carphone warehouse, and they should allow you to return it.
CPW should allow you to return it or exchange it.
