Problem with BB Bold wireless email/tethering
Husband has BB Bold with VZ. Upgraded at a corporate VZ store on July 4, got 5GB for 29.99 then plus fee to tether. On July 29, VZ cust rep dropped the 5GB plan and insurance from our plan. Have been trying to get back onto the original plan which we upgraded to but VZ is telling us they cannot override their system and it is not letting them give us the 5GB for 29.99, that we should not have ever been able to purchase this plan. So now they are only offering us 2GB for 29.99 instead. NOT COOL. We agreed to the 5GB and I could understand if WE changed something and it dropped it off, but a VZ cust rep dropped it off while assisting with something on our account. I am VERY unhappy about this. VZ is so big about contracts...I have our original receipt where they sold us this and to me it seems they are breaching their own contract. I have spoke with a mgr and he says they cannot do anything about this. We have been customers for 8 years, always pay our bill which is no small amount, usually $200/month.
Anyone else having problems similar to this one or does anyone have any suggestions to resolve this other than terminating and going to new carrier. It boils down to the principle of this situation.
