service books
i just purchased the new unlocked blackberry bold 9930 from verizon now i have a t-mobile sim in it but i don't get the EDGE only edge in my bold2 from my country i do get the EDGE. Some guy told me i have to reset the service books on my new blackberry for it to work.
Can somebody pleeaassee help me

Most likely they meant "resend" the Service Books not "reset" the Service Books.

If you are on TMobile in the US, you and try this.

If you are in a different country and are with a carrier that doesn't support that device, you may be out of luck and will need to get a device that your carrier supports.

Do you have a Blackberry data plan on your account?
