Default device driver issue

Please Login to Remove!

I have a barcode scanner attached to my blackberry.I have to read the barcode and send it to the server. A driver has been provided with the device and also a test application.But i want the driver to comunicate with my application. How can i go about it. I am completely lost as of now.

just look into the test application, source should be provided.
if you copy the imports into your own application you can use the SDK functions.

they have just provided a jad file of the test application

you need the SDK or at least the source of a sample to start working with a device as you won't be able to guess the function names they use within their driver.
at least the devices i worked with had these things either provided or available at the manufacturers website.
