Default How to call a webservice in Blackberry JDE application

Does anyone know how to call a web service from a BB JDE application. Please help me wit a sample code...

for beginners i always suggest using ksoap2 as it handles most things for you.
a call would look like:

public String login(String username, String password) throws Exception {
		SoapObject soapObject = getSoapObject("login");
		soapObject.addProperty("arg0", username);
		soapObject.addProperty("arg1", password);

SoapSerializationEnvelope envelope = getEnvelope(soapObject);
        transport.call("urn:anonOutInOp", envelope);
        String response = envelope.getResponse().toString();        
        return response;
	}

thank u very much once again for ur reply ... but since im very new in java i donot know how to add the ksoap ... (unable to import the ksoap) ... plz help
