Hi,
i want to develop a login screen for the application which will run on the blackberry handheld. user requirement is that the input boxex and the button should lie inside a square outline . i am able to make customised edit field and buttons but not able to put the outline. i just want to know is it possible??
i have attached the screedshots PFA and let me know ur feedbaks

create custom object that extends EditField and implement the paint method like so
Code:
public void paint(Graphics g) {

		g.setColor(Color.WHITE); //or whatever color you want
		g.drawRect(0, 0, fieldPreferredWidth, getExtent().height);
		 super.paint(g);
