Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830: BlackBerry8830/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

Check the developer forum on the site. You may find your answer there.

I can't, crap I can't even snow ski. But you have posted your need in the right place for some developer to see it.

Meanwhile, look around Mobihand.com and Handango.com and see if there is anything of that type.

Good luck.

Good lord. Haha. Please edit your posts before you submit them. Just a quick read thru. Make sure their are some actual words.

If you look around you might find instructions on how to make an app like that. It is alot of work, requires alot of patience and time. My recomendation is that you just look around and see if an existing weather application will do the trick. If not, perhaps someone in here will take interest and build one for you. But don't be pushy, and take a few more seconds when you're posting. This isn't AIM. Good luck.
