Default [Bonus] Is it possible to programmatically make phone call, and play audio to call?

I have a need for an application that calls other automated systems, and transmit full quality audio (i.e. play back DTMF encoded in, say, ADPCM format or realtime synthesized streaming audio, in good enough quality for remote system to recognize?). Is this possible to now be able to do this a BlackBerry cell phone with recent BlackBerry API's?

Email me at [email address]. I will give you a free JiveTalk (chat client) or Idokorro Mobile File Manager (FTP/Samba/WEBDAV client for BlackBerry!) registration to the first person who can email me full a source code example that has the ability to do this. Something barebones that I can test, just to prove the BlackBerry has the ability to do this. Feel free to ask me first if any takers first.

Note: If this is possible and a bigger task, or you want to give me something more than a single tiny java file, I can be talked into raising the pot.
