Default what is possible with RIM API?

i dont know how to phrase my question. basically i want to write blocked number list, where the phone wont ring if the number is calling. would this be possible? can a program access the phone number of an incoming call? is there a web page anywhere that has the details of the API, like a class overview (i know there is a name for what im trying to explain, but it just escapes me right now)? sort of like this http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/...ng/Object.html

I don't think the phone is accessible via the APIs. If you're looking for the Javadocs, here: (4.0)
