Default Where is the JDE?

Maybe I'm just missing it today - but I've gone to the Download site, did the registration, and tried to download the 4.0 JDE. Instead, I get an update for 4.01. Since I don't have 4.0, the update doesn't work.

Where is the correct download? I assume the JDE also contains the IDE?

Thanks for any help.
