where to download .debug file

Default where to download .debug file

I want to use debugger on device (7290) with JDE. BlackBerry Application Developer Guide says that I need to

Download the .debug files for your BlackBerry device build version from the BlackBerry Developer
Zone (BlackBerry - BlackBerry Developer Program | Support, Downloads, Knowledge Base, Community).

However, I couldn't fugure out where to download it. Can anybody help?
