Default how to use addSystemListener when make a OptionsProvider

hi,
I try to use
Application.getApplication().addSystemListener();
on public static void libMain(String[] args) but when I run it, I will get a error message about no application instance, what should I do? thanks

but
Application.getApplication().addSystemListener(); can be work on public String getTitle() or populateMainScreen
