Default BlackBerry user agent string and HTML capability support

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I am developing application to support BlackBerry native (BB) browser.

We are targetting the ones given below.

BlackBerry6230/4.0.0
BlackBerry6280/4.0.0
BlackBerry7100/4.0.0
BlackBerry7230/4.0.0
BlackBerry7290/4.0.0

I want to know the HTML capability the Black Berry browser supports. What HTML Spec does it adhere(4.01 /?) to, the CSS support (Spec CSS1 or CSS2). The level of Javascript support it has. I need to know well to make sure that i can render HTML in a viewable manner in Black Berry.

I would be very happy if anyone can point to some documents or give leads here.

Thanks,
Vijay Venkataraman

Hi emorgoch,
Thanks a lor for pointing me to the documentation. There are many things which are not clear even as per the document. I will have to again go thro a list of things and post it here.
