iam j2me developer i got a task to merge j2me and RIM API`s.

you can not mix the UI classes.

I have successfully mixed them, although it is not suggested. The trackball acts screwy, a modified Listener fixed that.

I've mixed them as well, just to get a BB looking dialog box. Seems to work ok.

from the message you sent me it seems you want to use the blackberry api on a sony device - this is not possible.

What do you mean by 'mixing' the APIs ...
You can use APIs on BB. ... and not vice versa...

Certain functionalities can be better achieved using BB ApIs though...
If you have any more specific query, about a particular API.. do post...

I am using J2ME code only ..But i need to use ApplicationPermissionsManager class in my J2ME code to see if i can suppress the prompts,
can someone help me, with how to integrate the j2me code with ApplicationPermissionsManager class.
