Hi,

Is there is a way to find the TTL (time to live) for a TCP packet originating from blackberry?

The reason I'm trying to find out the TTL (time to live) is that I have no problems opening a socket connection to my server with a Verizon phone, but with an AT&T phone, I cannot connect. Has anyone faced a similar problem?

I would like to compare the TTL values of the TCP packets originating from both those phones.

You cannot directly access the tcp stack through public api's to determine packet information.
