Default Http Refusal

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

I have a J2ME client which needs to call our webserver, when I try it, the HTTP Connection is being refused
the following pops up

"The Application Demo1 has requested connection to DEV03"
Dont Ask this again for:
all HTTP Connections
http Connections to MSHDEV03

Note:
I have the enabled MDS.
Set the Third Part application to use internal network
and external network.

What could be wrong??

Thanks
