Default class loading problem with RIM OS 4.3? - 06-27-2008, 07:51 PM

Hi,

My app runs fine on a phone with RIM OS 4.2.2. But when I tried to load it on a device with OS version 4.3, it fails with a NoClassDefFoundError. I have verified that the class it complains about exists within my application.

Any suggestions on how to overcome this problem?

This is your class that it complains about, or a RIM class?

Yes, this is my class that it is complaining about. But my class imports some of the RIM specific classes net.rim.device.api.ui.Keypad, and few under net.rim.api.system such as net.rim.device.api.system.DeviceInfo, net.rim.device.api.system.Display etc.

The same class gets loaded ok and my app works fine on a 4.2.2 RIM OS device.
