Question 901 Insufficient Memory for Application

Please Login to Remove!

We have released a product and along with the release, we have documented for the user how they can distribute the app throughout their enterprise. One of the ways is via a web page given that the MIME types are configured properly (which we have done). The problem we have with our internal beta is almost 20% of our users cannot install OTA due to what we believe is a bogus status message and that message is "901 Insufficient Memory". Our app is only 66kb. These devices have at least 1500KB.

Does anyone know the sequence of processing on the client side that decides to trip this message? We have the size properly quoted in the descriptor tags within the JAD file. We aren't sure where else to look or if there is anything we can do about it. Is this a bug with the BBerry's java core?

(These are 4.0 devices but it doesn't seem to matter which device since we have two 6320's where one works and the other doesn't and both have the same sufficient amount of memory.)

Any clues or comments anyone can offer?
