i had installed j2me applications into my Blackberry 8320, the problem is that the applications are not communicating to webservice (i.e, they are not communicating to internet), how ever i was able to browse all the websites from the browser and also installed the same j2me applications in to blackberry 8800 which were working fine over there. Please help me regarding the same.

Can you give us more information, like the error is presenting the device, code where the device should communicate to the internet and stuff like that.

What you tell is just not enough information.

Any case, when communicating with a webservice your best option is to use KSOAP2 or MDS Service. Specially when working with .NET webservices

The most common problem of connection is maybe that your device doesn't have activated the APN (Acces Point Name)

yes, you must configure the APN.

Antother thing, i don't understand why all the people use kSoap. JDE since the 4.3 implements JSR172 and for example using Netbeans you can generate all Stub... to comunicate with your WebServices.

But the JSR isn't compatible with all the format of the web service.

So with Ksoap we are sure that there is no pb.
