Default Communicate with A Server Without Having to Use APN's - 07-18-2008, 01:36 PM

Hey guys,
Is there any way that I can grab a file off of a server (which uses HTTP) without having the user set the APN's or having me pro grammatically set them?
Thanks in advance!
