Trying to create a blackberry launcher.....

....hello i just started my own website and my and my web developer have launched a mobile version of the site. Now our great idea is to create a blackberry launcher, just like new york times has and espn, and there are many others, but those seem to be the most popular.

I have gotten to the point where we know what the icon needs to look like and what the icon needs to do, but we just dont know the nuts and bolts to get it onto a blackberry.

I guess there is a .JAR and a .JAD. we have no clue how to make this so it is a downloadable thing.

If you have a way to do this, or can just point me in the right direction that would be awesome!
